At Intersport Elverys, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Place the items you wish to return back into their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in a resaleable condition.
Complete the Returns Form
Fill out the returns form included in your original delivery, specifying the reason for return and whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
Choose a Return Method
Drop off your package at any Intersport Elverys store for a free return, or use a local courier service or An Post to mail the items back to our central warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
